Located in the heart of Corona Del Mar, Konpa is Chef Jason Yamaguchi’s latest brick and mortar. At Konpa, the menu highlights nikkei cuisine, the harmony of Japanese cooking techniques fused with the rich ingredients of Peruvian cuisine. Inspired by his Japanese heritage and his travels to Peru, Yamaguchi has made it his mission to provide his rendition of nikkei food to his community, all while using fresh quality ingredients.
