These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of konparestaurant.com (the “Site”), operated by Jaypop, LLC, doing business as Konpa Restaurant (“Konpa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 3333 East Coast Hwy, Corona del Mar, CA 92625. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site provides information about our restaurant, menu, and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission.
Online Ordering and Payment
- Online orders for pickup are placed through our ordering platform operated by Toast, Inc. at order.konparestaurant.com. By placing an order you also agree to Toast’s terms of service and privacy policy. Payment is collected and processed by Toast; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Quoted preparation and pickup times are estimates and may vary with order volume.
- Refunds and order issues: if there is a problem with your order, contact us at (949) 847-5555 or info@konparestaurant.com and we will work to make it right. Refunds for online payments are processed through the ordering platform.
- Online ordering hours may differ from posted restaurant hours.
Third-Party Delivery Services
Konpa may be available on third-party delivery marketplaces (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar). Orders placed through those platforms are contracts between you and the platform, governed by the platform’s own terms, prices, and fees, which may differ from our in-store and pickup prices. We are not responsible for delivery times, food condition after pickup by a courier, order errors introduced by the platform, or the acts or omissions of delivery personnel, who are not employed by Konpa. Issues with delivery orders should be raised with the platform through which the order was placed.
Menu, Pricing, and Allergen Disclaimer
- Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Photographs are illustrative and actual items may vary.
- Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, sesame, eggs, and other allergens. Cross-contact between ingredients is possible, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of a particular allergen. Please inform us of allergies when ordering.
- Consumer advisory: consuming raw or undercooked seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Several of our dishes contain raw fish.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Konpa name and logo, text, photographs, menu descriptions, and design, is owned by or licensed to Konpa and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Newsletter and Communications
By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive marketing emails from Konpa. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. If we offer text message updates in the future, you will be asked for separate express consent, and message and data rates may apply.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including our ordering platform, social media pages, and map services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konpa and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from the sale of food products under California consumer protection law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Konpa from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
